What happens when you have a panic attack? And what triggers them for you?
Well it’s different for everyone. When I have a panic attack I mentally believe that something extremely terrible is going to happen to me to where I’m going to either 1. Pass out 2. Seize or 3. Die. I hyperventilate, get tunnel vision, and start shaking at times. Panic attacks don’t have to be triggered. They can come out of nowhere from built of worry of the past stored in your subconscious. And once one happens you have this constant fear of them happening again which triggers the next one day by day. And that’s what I’m living with right now.
Two panic attacks in one day? Man that’s like a fucking record.
